Practice Areas: Civil trial and appellate practice in the areas of medical and professional liability, personal injury litigation, insurance, products liability, real estate, and construction.  David has tried multiple cases, including medical matters.

Personal: David was a member of the University of Alabama Swimming and Diving Team, earning All-American honors.  He lives in Fairhope with his wife, Amy, who is an internal medicine physician, and his two children, Nathaniel and Olivia.  David enjoys triathlons, fishing, hunting, and going to the beach with his family.
