company in January 1996. The firm is the successor of a law firm originally
formed in 1990 by four prominent Mobile lawyers. The firm has grown to include
9 lawyers with license to practice in several states, including Alabama,
Mississippi, and Florida. The firm’s experienced trial lawyers have consistently
obtained favorable results for its clients. The firm handles various types of civil
litigation in both state and federal courts, with a primary focus on medical
malpractice and commercial litigation.

senior member, A. Danner Frazer, Jr., is a Fellow in the prestigious American
College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. The
firm’s lawyers are actively involved in several national and state-wide

of Trial Advocates and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.
