FIRM HISTORY

Frazer, Greene, Upchurch & Baker, L.L.C. was organized as a limited liability company in January 1996. The firm is the successor of a law firm originally formed in 1990 by four prominent Mobile lawyers. The firm has grown to include 9 lawyers with license to practice in several states, including Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. The firm’s experienced trial lawyers have consistently obtained favorable results for its clients. The firm handles various types of civil litigation in both state and federal courts, with a primary focus on medical malpractice and commercial litigation.

Frazer, Greene, Upchurch & Baker, L.L.C. has been recognized for its high professional legal standards and ethics by Martindale-Hubbell. The firm’s most senior member, A. Danner Frazer, Jr., is a Fellow in the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. The firm’s lawyers are actively involved in several national and state-wide organizations including the Defense Research Institute, the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.

Frazer, Greene, Upchurch & Baker, L.L.C. remains in its original location on St. Francis Street in the AmSouth Bank Building in the heart of Downtown Mobile.
